THE movie. The Music. THE PEOPLE BEHIND THE SONGS.

MORE THAN A ROCK AND ROLL STORY

BEYOND THE HIT SONGS

Sugarloaf: The Family Band

Behind the music was a group of people building lives, raising families, and navigating the challenges that came with chasing a dream. The film explores the friendships, sacrifices, and personal moments that shaped Sugarloaf’s journey beyond the stage.

The Authentic Voice

For the movie, Bob brought the perspective of someone who lived the journey. By sharing his experiences, memories, and understanding of the music, Bob helped the cast capture the authenticity of the musicians and the era that shaped Sugarloaf’s story.

A LEGACY CARRIED FORWARD

The story of I Got a Song is being brought to life by Aaron and Stacy Raymond, whose connection to Sugarloaf runs deep. As the daughter-in-law of Sugarloaf bassist Bob Raymond, Stacy brings a personal connection to the people, music, and memories at the heart of the story.
